在正常情况下,铁道牵引变压器主变压器的副边输出为27.5kV,牵引机车在运行时接触网的电压也希望能保持在25kV左右,但由于机车运行的随意性,以及运量增加后牵引变压器容量不足等造成接触网电压大幅度下降严重影响机车的安全运行。在国内多数是采用串联电容器或加大接触网截面来补偿接触网的电压降落,但这些方法的补偿程度有限,损坏率高且投资较大。1992年11月在西昌召开的四川省铁道学术会上我公司提出采用有载调压增压变压器来解决接触网电压波动的问题,这方案得到成都铁路局有关专家的认可,于是双方共同开发出了该产品。 Regulating Boosting
Autotransformer: Under normal
situation, the output of secondary side of the main transformer of
railway traction transformer is 27.5kV. When in operation, the contact
system voltage of traction locomotive also should be kept about 25kV.
However, because locomotive operation is random and the capacity of
traction transformer is insufficient after transformer volume is added,
the voltage of contact system is greatly decreased, which can seriously
affect the safe operation of locomotive. Series capacitor or the method
of increasing the cross section of contact system to compensate the
descent of contact system are mostly adopted in domestic. But these
methods is limit on compensation degree with high damage rate and great
investment. In Sichuan railway Science Meeting held in Xichang in
November, 1992, YTEC suggested to adopt on-load regulating boosting
transformer, to solve the problem of voltage fluctuation of contact
system. This plan was approved by relevant experts Chengdu Railway
Bureau. Therefore, the both sides had jointly developed this product. |
