高过载率、低阻抗、YN/V阻抗匹配平衡牵引变压器(SF5-QY)

    该系列产品是在我公司已研制成功的专利产品（YN/V阻抗匹配平衡牵引变压器SF2-QY和高过载率、低阻抗、YNd11三相不等容牵引变压器SF4-QY）基础上，与成都铁路局及铁道部第二勘测设计院合作开发成功的又一新产品。通过使用DUPONT公司耐高温绝缘材料的NOMEX和降低阻抗，达到大幅度提高牵引变压器在运行中的短时过载的能力。也就是说，在阻抗匹配平衡牵引变压器SF2-QY的基础上再提高一个容量等级。该产品样机于1998年4月成功试制，1998年7月投运于贵阳六盘水牵引变电所，1999年3月在成都通过产品鉴定。目前已投入湘黔线的田坝、宝老山、龙里、贵定等牵引变电所成功运行。

High Over-load, Low Impedance YN/V 

Impedance-matched Balance Traction Transformer (SF5-QY)

  This is a new product developed by YTEC together with Chengdu Railway Bureau and No.2 Survey & Design Institute of Railway Ministry on the base of our successful patent products(YN/V Impedance-matched Balance Traction Transformer SF2-QY and High Over-load, Low Impedance YNd11 3-phase Unequal Capacity Traction Transformer SF4-QY). Adopting DOUPONT Company's NOMEX insulating paper which can endure high temperature and reducing impedance can enhance transformer's ability of short time over-load in operation. That is, one more capacity grade can be increased on the base of impedance-matched balance traction transformer SF2-QY. The 1st model machine was successfully finished in April, 1998 and was put into operation in Liupanshui Traction Substation in Guiyang in July, 1998. It passed product appraisal in Chengdu in March, 1999. Now, this product has been successfully put into operation in traction substations of Tianba, Baolaoshan, Longli and Guiding.

1．本产品的基本工作原理与SF2-QY型相同。
2．负载能力较SF2-QY型提高一个等级，可靠性高，在节约能源及设备投资方面的效果十分显著。          

Characteristic: 

1. The basic operation principle is same as that of SF2-QY type. 
2. It can be increased one grade on load ability comparing with SF2-QY type. It has good reliability and remarkable effect on the aspect of saving energy source and equipment investment.
