高过载率、低阻抗、YNd11三相不等容牵引变压器(SF4-QY)

   该系列产品是我公司与成都铁路局及铁二院再次联合开发的产品，是在我公司的专利产品（YNd11三相不等容牵引变压器SF3-QY）经实际运行和产品鉴定证实能提高一个容量等级使用并获得较高评价的基础上，重新调整变压器的参数，结构上在线圈的匝绝缘、垫块、撑条等处采用进口NOMEX耐高温绝缘材料，力求在原不等容牵引变压器已经提高了一个容量等级使用的基础上再提高短时过载能力，从而达到比普通YNd11三相牵引变压器提高两个容量等级的目的。产品样机SF4-QY-10000/110 GY在1996年完成,于1997年在成渝线隆昌牵引变电所投入运行，通过一年的试运行，证实已达到预期的效果，1998年1月在成都通过了产品鉴定。

 High Over-load, Low Impedance YNd11 

3-phase Unequal CapacityTraction Transformer(SF4-QY)

  This is a new product jointly developed again by YTEC, Chengdu Railway Bureau and No.2 Survey & Design Institute of Railway Ministry. On the base of the fact that our patent product(YNd11 3-phase unequal capacity traction transformer SF3-QY) was testified to heighten one grade of capacity to use and get higher evaluation after real operation and appraisal, we readjust the parameter of transformer. In order to further increase its ability of short time over-load on the base of that former unequal capacity traction transformer has been heightened one grade of capacity to use and to get the purpose of increasing two capacity grades comparing with the common YNd11 3-phase traction transformer, imported NOMEX insulating paper which can endure high temperature is adopted on turns insulation, blocks and strips of winding. The 1st model machine-SF4-QY-10000/110GY was accomplished in 1996 and was put into operation in Longchang Traction Substation on Cheng-Yu line in 1997. After test operation for one year, it was testified to get the expected effect. It passed the appraisal in Chengdu in January, 1998.

Characteristics:
1. The basic operation principle is same as that of SF3-QY type. 
2. It can be increased one grade on load ability comparing with SF3-QY type.   It has good reliability and remarkable economic and society benefit.
