简 介     特 点

  YNd11三相不等容牵引变压器系列，是我公司与铁二院、成都铁路局再次联合开发的又一产品，是为适应两部电价制改革推出的新型牵引变压器产品。其基本原理是根据铁路牵引变压器运行时三相负荷为不对称的特点，在YNd11三相牵引变压器（SF1-QY）的基础上，将中相（B）富裕容量抽出，平均分配到两个边（A、C）相，制造成三相容量不等的牵引变压器，以达到提高容量利用率，降低主变压器选用容量的目的。YNd11三相不等容牵引变压器1995年9月通过了铁道部鉴定委员会鉴定，获成都铁路局科技进步一等奖、铁道部科技进步二等奖、云南省科技进步二等奖。该系列产品于1997年1月在沈阳虎石台变压器国家检测中心，一次顺利通过突发短路试验。该产品为全国首创，是国家火炬计划高新技术产品，也是我公司的专利产品。

  
YNd11 3-phase Unequal Capacity Traction Transformer(SF3-QY)

To adapt the reformation of electricity charging system of two Ministries, a new product-YNd11 3-phase Unequal Capacity Traction Transformer jointly exploited by YTEC again with No.2 Survey & Design Institute of Railway Ministry and Chengdu Railway Bureau. The cardinal principle of this series is like that: On the base of YNd11 3-phase traction transformer(SF1-QY), according to the characteristics of unsymmetrical load on three-phase when railway traction transformer is operating, we lead the surplus capacity from mid-phase (B), then equally distribute it to two side-phase (A, C) and make the unequal capacity on three-phase traction transformer for the purpose of improving capacity utilization rate and reducing the choosen capacity of main transformer. YNd11 3-phase unequal capacity traction transformer passed the appraisal of Railway Ministry in September,1995 and respectively got the 1st prize of science and technology advance issued by Chengdu Railway Bureau, the 2nd prize of science and technology advance issued by Railway Ministry, and the 2nd prize of science and technology advance issued by Yunnan Province. This product fluently passed the anti-short-circuit test just for one time in China National Transformer Quality Supervision & Inspection Center in Hushitai, Shenyang in January, 1997. This series is a civil initiative and high technical product in the national torch plan and our patent product.

 特 点:

1．三相容量不等,但三相阻抗相等,接线不变。
2．可大幅度降低主变压器的一次投资费用及运行电费,经济效益十分显著。
3．该产品安装维护方便,不但适用新线建设，对老线改造也可直接替换安装,不需要任何更改工程,是YNd11三相牵引变压器理想的更新换代产品。

    公司生产了YNd11三相不等容牵引变压器共64台，其中为南昆线提供的36台YNd11三相不等容牵引变压器填补了国内牵引变压器的两个空白：一是填补了国内牵引变压器的不吊心检查直接投入运行的空白，我公司为南昆线生产的牵引变压器不吊心检查一次合闸，投入运行；二是填补了国内牵引变压器经受住突发短路试验的空白。

Characteristics:
1. Though three phases are unequal capacity distribution, their impedance are equal, and connection has no change.
2. It can greatly reduce the operating electric expenses and once investment of main transformer, which can make remarkable economic benefit.
3. The product is applicable not only to new line construction but also to old line innovation with its characteristics of convenient installation and 
maintenance without any reform project. So it is considered as an ideal replacement for YNd11 3-phase traction transformer. 

  The company has manufactured 64 sets of YNd11 3-phase unequal capacity traction transformers. Among them, 36 sets were provided to Nan-Kun line, which filled up two blanks for domestic traction transformers: one is to fill up the blank of without lifting core & winding assembly inspection in domestic traction transformer field, which was proved by our products on Nan-Kun line to be successfully switched on and put into operation without lifting core & winding assembly inspection; another is to fill up the blank of the ability to stand sudden short-circuit test in civil circumstance.
