公司自1969年开始生产的众多110kV级各型变压器中，大多为有载调压变压器，一直安全、可靠地运行于云、贵、川、黔、桂、青海、西藏、越南及老挝等地区和国家，其性能受到广大用户的好评。尤其是近年来研制的产品，适应运输要求，现场不吊心，不仅结构可靠，运行安全，而且大大简化了现场安装程序，同时节省安装费用。公司新近还开发了免维护、全密封、高性能、低损耗的110kV级电力变压器，为用户提供了性能更先进、结构更可靠、运行更安全、免维护的新产品。
经过30多年的不断发展，产品覆盖了有载和无载全部系列，具有高原型、低局放、低噪声、低损耗、低温升的特点，且过载能力及抗短路能力强。分别在1979年、1999年送往沈阳虎石台国家变压器质量检测中心强电流试验站的两台110kV级变压器均一次性通过突发短路试验。近年来，产品向低损耗、低噪声、高可靠性发展，现行产品全部达到或超过S9型水平,部分已超过S11型水平，噪声一般低于60dB,其中40000kVA有载调压变压器最低达到56dB。经过不断的创新和努力，110kV级变压器产品的制造水平迅速提高，迈步在变压器生产行业的前沿上。
Since 1969, among all kinds of 110kV class transformers made by our company, most were on-load regulating transformers that have been safely operating in
Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Guangxi, Qinghai, Tibet, Vietnam, Laos and other regions and countries. Its performance got high praise from end-users. Especially, the products made in recent years can adapt the requirement of transportation and non-lifting core & windings on site, which can not only keep reliable structure and safe operation but also simplify installation procedure on site as well as save the installation charge. The company has newly developed 110kV power transformer with full-sealed, maintenance-free, good performance and low-loss, from which new products have been provided to end-users with more advanced performance, more reliable structure, safer operation and maintenance-free.
After 30 years constantly developing, our products cover all the on-load, no-load series, and have the characteristics of low partial discharge, low noise, low-loss and low temperature rise as well as better over load ability and anti-short-circuit ability. In 1979 and 1999, two sets of 110kV class transformers were sent to Strong Current Test Station of National Transformer Quality Inspection Center in Hushitai in Shenyang and passed the sudden short-circuit test once.
In recent years, we have developed products to low loss, low noise and high
reliability. Now, all the products have reached or exceeded S9 type level, and some even exceeded S11 type level. Their noise are commonly lower than 60dB. And a 40000kVA on-load regulating transformer can even reach 56dB.
Through constant innovation and effort, our production level of 110kV class transformer is quickly increased and walking on the foreland of transformer manufacture industry.
