公司从德国海德里希公司引进具有国际先进水平的煤油气相干燥设备,罐体及部份设备由中德合作制造,安装和调试完成后于1993年9月正式投入生产使用。其主要性能指标如罐泄漏率、真空系统的极限真空等指标,均优先国内几大厂引进的气相干燥设备罐体的技术参数指标,完全能满足240000kVA,220kV及以下油浸式变压器产品对器身进行高质量气相干燥处理的工艺要求。 该设备特点:

Kerosene
Vapor Phase Drying Equipment and Process Yunnan
Transformer Electric Co., Ltd. made the huge investment in purchasing the
international advanced Kerosene Vapor Phase Drying Equipment from HEDRICH,
Germany. Its chamber and some auxiliary equipment were made through
Sino-Germany cooperation. It was put into operation in September, 1993. Its
main performance parameter such as the leakage rate of chamber and limit vacuum
value are all prior to those of vacuum chamber imported by other civil
transformer manufacturers. It completely conforms with the process requirement
of high quality vapor phase drying in the core & winding assembly for 220kV
and 110kV class oil-immersed big-sized transformer. The
features of vapor phase drying are as follows: 1.High
automation level: 2.2.Thorough
drying can greatly improve the insulation strength and cleanness of the core
and winding assembly. 3.3.The
stabilization of dried product reaches high-class standard: 4.4.High
efficiency of drying processing: 5.The full vacuum oil immersing to product by its own tank can be realized in the chamber. |

该生产线优点: 1、全部剪切及冲孔装置都配有硬质合金刀具,刀刃锋利、寿命长,可以保证硅钢片切口毛刺高度稳定控制在0.03mm以下(质量分等为一等品),可以大大降低铁芯涡流损耗。 2.
2、采用计算机控制系统控制全线生产,控制可靠、自动化程度高、操作简便;剪片尺寸精度高、铁芯叠装接缝小,使铁芯空载电流及空载损耗降低。 3.
3、采用铁芯自动生产线,生产效率高。从纵剪下料,横剪的剪切、冲裁到成品片堆垛均是连续不断的高效完成,减少d中间工序的转运,因此能把冷轧硅钢片在冲剪加工中产生的铁芯磁滞损耗控制在最小限度。 4. 4、两条生产线为全自动控制,其生产效率高、速度快,可以大大提高劳动生产率。

Advantages
of automatic production
line: 1.All
shearing and hole punching units are equipped with sharp and long-life
carbide cutters, which can guarantee the burr height of kerf of silicon
sheet be stably controlled under 0.03mm(first quality) and eddy loss of
core be greatly reduced. 2.
Computer control system is adopted to control the whole line production
to get the purposes of reliable control, high-level of automatization,
easy operation, highly accurate shearing size, small-seam of core
lamination and lower no-load current and no-load loss of core. 3.The
production efficiency is increased after core automatic product line is
adopted. Baiting of longitudinal shear, shearing &punching of
transversal shear and stacking of finished sheet are all continuously
and effectively finished, which can reduce the transfer of
mid-working-procedure. Therefore, hysteresis loss of core arose from the
punching and shearing process can be controlled in minimum limit. Because of two automatically controlled production lines, the labor productivity can be greatly increased with its high production efficiency and quick speed. |
